Return Policy

Due to the nature of our bundles and the types of products included, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item inside the bundle arrives damaged.

If an item inside your package is damaged (not just the outer box), please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the damaged product. You can reach us at support@ourfirstsolidstep.com, and we’ll be happy to help with a replacement if eligible.

Please note:

  • We cannot offer replacements, store credit, or refunds for cosmetic box damage.
  • Surprise or free items are not eligible for return, credit, or refund.
